1. What we collect

2. Why we use it

To run the service: place your calls, transcribe them, tag the outcome, measure what works and show you the results. Also to keep it secure, prevent abuse and spam calls, and contact you about your account. We do not sell personal data and do not show ads.

3. Leads you upload

For the leads in your campaigns, you decide who is called and why: you are the controller and we process their data on your behalf. Anyone who asks not to be called again is not called again by your campaigns.

4. Who helps us

We use a few providers to run Kata, only for that purpose: hosting, databases and storage (Cloudflare), phone networks (Twilio and the providers you connect), AI voice and language models that hold the calls, transcribe them and tag the outcome, Google for sign-in when you choose it, and Google Analytics, PostHog and Sentry for usage statistics and error reports. Some of them are outside your country, including in the United States.

5. How long we keep it

As long as your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your data, recordings included, within 30 days, except what we must keep by law, such as billing records.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Write to contact@katacall.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

7. Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. We also use Google Analytics and PostHog to measure how people use the site, and Sentry to catch errors; these set their own cookies. No advertising cookies.

8. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
