1. What Kata Call is

Kata Call (“Kata”, “we”) is a phone call service. You give it leads and an offer; AI voice agents call the leads from phone numbers you connect or rent through Kata, record what happens, and keep the scripts and voices that bring results. These terms apply when you create an account or use the app, the API or the MCP server.

2. Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email or with Google. Keep access to that inbox safe: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including actions taken by AI assistants you connect with your API key.

3. How you may use it

You are the caller of every call Kata places for you. You agree to:

• follow the laws that apply to your calls, such as the TCPA and the Telemarketing Sales Rule in the US, GDPR and PECR in Europe and the UK, and local rules on calling hours, consent and do-not-call registries;
• call only people you have a lawful basis to call, and honor every request to stop calling;
• tell people they are speaking with an AI, and that the call is recorded, where the law asks for it;
• not use Kata for anything illegal, deceptive or abusive, for spoofed caller IDs, or for calls to emergency numbers.

We may pause a campaign or a number that breaks these rules or gets flagged as spam, and we will tell you why.

4. Payment

Prices are shown on katacall.com and in the app. Calls are billed by the minute, and phone numbers by the month. You see the price before you pay for anything.

5. Your content

Your leads, offers, scripts, recordings, transcripts and results stay yours. You give us the right to use them only to run the service for you. We do not sell them and do not use them to call for anyone else.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Kata running, but we do not promise it will be free of interruptions or errors; phone networks and voice providers can fail too. We may change features over time. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.

7. Liability

Kata is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost deals, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending

You can stop using Kata and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
