Sales calls that run themselves.
Kata Call places sales calls with AI voice agents. You bring a customer or lead list with phone numbers, the numbers to call from, and an offer. Kata calls each lead in their local hours, records and tags every call, and keeps the scripts and voices that convert.
What Kata does
- 01
Picks who to call.
Every minute: active call campaigns, leads that are due, inside their local calling hours, not on the do-not-call list, under the campaign's max attempts.
- 02
Places the call.
One call per free number, a number from the lead's country first. One AI voice session per call, loaded with the variant's opener and script, the lead's data,
brief.mdandcompany.md. - 03
Records everything.
Status changes, answering-machine detection, transcript, duration, recording and cost, on each call.
- 04
Tags the outcome.
Interested, callback, not interested, do not call, voicemail, wrong person, no conversation, with a one-line summary. Conversions come back by postback.
- 05
Gets better.
Variants (opener, script, engine, voice) are split-tested. Each hour, Kata retires the losers and writes a new variant from the winner.
How the pieces fit
A call campaign is a campaign with channel = call. It uses the same leads, lists, brief.md, company.md, hours and autopilot as an email campaign; its angles are call variants. Calls go out from your active numbers inside each lead's calling hours, and outcomes decide which variants get the next calls.
